The food is good. I have not had an adverse experience with the food from this establishment. I ordered the curry chicken by itself. I did request extra gravy. The meat was cooked well and the curry gravy was delicious. The heat was not overbearing and complimented very well. I am not a fan of white rice or cabbage. Yet, all of the people that I know whom have eaten from here say that this is the best Jamaican Food on Southside of the City, if nit the best in the City. I do like others, but this curry is something to come back for. I didn't get a picture because I was hungry.

Though this is a very small restaurant inside of a small strip mall this place packs one heck of a punch when it comes to flavor. Being a native New Yorker and a fellow West Indian I know good Caribbean food when I come across it and as I have said in the past Queens is it.

As my husband is from the Virgin Islands, I'm always on the hunt to find him the best curry goat. Plus, I work at the school up the street and have always heard students rave about it. I got the large curry goat with just cabbage and a side of wings. The curry goat was so good. More meat and less bones than some places and it didn't have that gamey flavor that some like but I don't. The jerk wings were spicy but that kind of spice that sneaks up on you. There was a long line but service was quick. So far as the lady being rude or like another reviewer said they didn't like white people- I found neither to be true. ‍ Now- if I could find my husband Jonny cakes- then he'd really be over the moon!
